In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a jipark account or use any jipark gaming service. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming law. jipark reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accumulated on an account subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited in full.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) jipark account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact jipark support immediately.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during jipark account registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify jipark promptly of any changes. jipark is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jipark login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your jipark account — whether by you or a third party with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility unless you have notified jipark of unauthorized access. jipark recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
jipark services are intended for use by persons located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited under local law is not permitted. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their local jurisdiction before using the Platform.
jipark accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso. jipark does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jipark targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals on verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. jipark reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
jipark may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or where fraud indicators are present. Required documentation may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by jipark may result in withdrawal delays or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jipark may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence. The dormancy fee will never reduce an account balance below zero.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jipark are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each jipark promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. jipark reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting software to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to fulfill wagering requirements artificially.
Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. jipark is not responsible for bonuses lost due to Player failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe.
Each game available on the jipark Platform is governed by game-specific rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing any wager. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to game mechanics; these Terms govern all other matters.

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection that interrupts a wager in progress, jipark will attempt to resolve the outcome fairly. Where a clear result cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned. jipark's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out herein.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jipark Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
jipark reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts, void all transactions, and report suspected illegal activity to relevant Philippine authorities, including AMLC and PAGCOR, where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
All content on the jipark Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of jipark or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The jipark name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jipark.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works based on jipark content without express written consent from jipark.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jipark's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jipark is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from Player's violation of these Terms; (d) interruptions to service caused by third-party providers, network outages, or force majeure events.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jipark does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While jipark makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and data security, no warranty is given regarding absolute uptime or immunity from security incidents.
jipark is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits via their jipark account settings. Self-exclusion tools are available to any Player who wishes to restrict their own access to the Platform, either temporarily or permanently.

Players may close their jipark account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
jipark reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account with or without notice in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or where continued provision of services would breach applicable law or regulatory requirements. In cases of termination for breach, jipark may withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, may forfeit such balances entirely.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the jipark Platform shall first be addressed through jipark's internal complaints procedure: submit your complaint in writing to jipark support with full details of the issue, and jipark will respond within five (5) business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the parties agree to seek resolution through competent Philippine courts or applicable gaming regulatory channels. Players retain any rights afforded to them by Philippine consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually excluded.
jipark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by regulatory direction. Continued use of the jipark Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
